Alton Brown does what?!?!?
[info]angieobsessed would like us all to know that microwaving butter in order to melt it is a crime against humanity.

I don't recognise his name either. When I think of Alton, I think of Alton Towers :D

I was going to say that! Personally, I think the small subsidiary Never-Heard-Of-Alton_TowersBrown wank provides additional amusement, rather like a parsley garnish on a nice butter sauce.
