[info]angieobsessed would like us all to know that microwaving butter in order to melt it is a crime against humanity.

I don't knwo who those chefs are but the good ones as I know them as in 4 and 5 star worthy chefs don't microwave butter.

Why, yes, as a good chef with 4 or 5 stars you will have your industrious aide to microwave the butter for you.

As a chef with four or five stars, you'll have bought them on the internet.

Restaurant stars go up to three.

Hotels get five stars but that's more for the size of the rooms and quality of the beds than the wonderfulness of the food.
