[info]angieobsessed would like us all to know that microwaving butter in order to melt it is a crime against humanity.

Butter and cheese were pretty much invented to preserve dairy when you didn't have a way to keep it cool, so keeping butter out overnight is really just allowing it to live up to its real purpose! You are helping that stick of butter be all it can be!
