I like the fact that the Bacon Salt claims to be kosher & vegan friendly.

I found a bottle of Bac-os in the store here. Which tout themselves as being Vegan friendly. (Don't remember anything about kosher.) But they're made with soya and no actual bacon involved. I figure Bacon Salt is probably the same way.

Which sucks. If it's going to taste like bacon, they should use real bacon somehow.

It's because processed foods usually use hickory smoke flavor as "bacon."

I've tried Bacon Salt and yeah, it's pretty much hickory smoke salt.

One of my cats goes wild for it.
