If it requires moderator approval to join, I believe it's considered locked for our purposes.

My favorite Ravwank was when Casey took away the buttons for anyone that followed a link out of Rubberneckers. I was expecting the wank to come from the people without buttons, not the people that had been rubbernecked.

There were no cookie recipes in that one though. :(

I think the current wait time is around four days for an invite once you apply for the code from Ravelry.
