Or those people who don't know how to change the reply-to address, or find the "Click here to unsubscribe" link, and spam all their mailing lists angrily demanding why they haven't been taken off them yet.

There should be a list of people who are never allowed to call technical support lines without an anger management therapist present and two witnesses verifying they read the FAQ first, and inability to figure out how to remove oneself from a site where it's clear on how to do so would be a qualification for getting on the list.
