Oh yes, that too -- but really, you could smell the fear coming off these poor women. I am going to accidentally shave her whole head!! And then I'll be fired/expelled and end up living in a VAN down by the RIVER!!1!"

It was the funniest thing, the exact opposite of a pro haircut experience: I was constantly telling jokes and reassuring the haircutter, rather than the other way around.
