Liquorice Stick - double black sambuca mixed with Coke/Pepsi.

Raspberry Ripple - double Raspberri Absolut topped up with cream soda & ice.

Pear Sundae - single Vanilla Absolut & double Pear Absolut topped up with fizzy non-alcoholic pear juice and topped with a blob of vanilla ice cream.

Coffee Cup - single Tia Maria/coffee liqueur, double bailey's, double espresso either cold with ice or hot with a double cream float.

	The Malibu Bay Breeze is what I started on. Malibu rum, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. I have a heavy hand when I make it, but it's mostly pineapple juice, with enough rum to taste, and a little cranberry juice. I make a cheaper version at home with orange juice, but either way, yum. My two personal favorites:

Kahlua and Coke: One part Kahlua to two parts coke, though you can fudge the measurements on the Kahlua according to taste pretty easily.

Jolly Rancher: One part peach schnapps, one part apple schnapps, one part melon schnapps, one part cranberry juice. Some people use grenadine instead of cranberry juice, which would probably make it sweeter, if, again, you're worried about taste.

Wow, you were right. Talking about alcohol is the better option here!

Some birthday shots:

Try a brain tumor. It has other names, but this is the one I'm most familiar with.
Fill a shot glass half way with Peach Schnapps. Pour Baileys (or other Irish Cream liquor) to fill the rest of the shot - which will create a weird globby looking thing in the glass. Pour a tiny bit of grenadine in last for a blood effect. This shot will gross out even the hardcore drinkers (because of the odd texture), but tastes sweet and not too strong.

There's always the classic Slippery Nipple:
Half a shot of Baileys and half a shot of Butterscotch Schnapps.

Carrot Cake:
Half Kahlua, half Baileys and a dash of Goldschlager.

Royal Flush:
1 part Crown Royal
1 part Peach Schnapps
1 part Cranberry juice
1 part Pineapple juice

Mix over ice in a shaker. Strain into shot glasses.

For something a bit harder (probably after you've had a few), have a Buried Treasure:
Half a shot of Goldschlager and half a shot of Rum (generally Captain Morgan's, but Bicardi works as well).

Once you're really drunk, start in on the Dead Nazis:
Half a shot of Jagermeister, half a shot of Rumple Minze.
