Do you have alfredo in a can? Well, let him out!
So, [info]hourglasscreate makes a post to the cooking community which includes a recipe for "Easy Fettucine Alfredo" which she supposedly got off of a Campbell's Soup can. This does not go over well.

ETA: Aaaand the second link has gone bye-bye. Now how will I find a recipe for boiled water? ;_;

ANOTHER ETA: She's wanking it up again in a whole new post! This time, it's about "sloppy joes".

*passes over some organic free-range smelling salts that cost $20 an oz* There, there, Matilda. Would you like me to loosen your corset so you can get some air?

I was going to try and come up with an appropriately salt-elitist response but the image of salt crystals roaming free and happy across verdant fields and munching on patches of clover is making me laugh too hard. Here is your imported free-range beer-fed organic Internet.

Free-range internet is vastly superior to farm-raised processed internet. Eckrich internet is right out!

I bought salt at the store yesterday (sea salt); and stared in bemusement at the little overpriced tins of "finishing salt".

Wha?

(Also - there is Christian salt madness elsewhere on the net today - some fruitcake who feels the need to provide an alternate to kosher salt)

...

LOLWUT

Please do share this madness with the rest of the class, I know people who would appreciate such things.

OMFG!!!

I wonder if this idiot know that there's already a brand of table salt with a big red cross on it? It just happens to be Kosher table salt.

Oh, gah. You just reminded me that I forgot to buy table salt at Trader Joe's the last time I was there.

ARGH.
