Do you have alfredo in a can? Well, let him out!
So, [info]hourglasscreate makes a post to the cooking community which includes a recipe for "Easy Fettucine Alfredo" which she supposedly got off of a Campbell's Soup can. This does not go over well.

ETA: Aaaand the second link has gone bye-bye. Now how will I find a recipe for boiled water? ;_;

ANOTHER ETA: She's wanking it up again in a whole new post! This time, it's about "sloppy joes".

1 16oz package dried pasta (radiatori works great, lots of surface area)
1 26oz jar tomato based pasta sauce
2 cups shredded cheese of choice
Optional:
1 pound hamburger
1/2 package frozen onions and peppers
1 can sliced mushrooms

In 13x9x2" pan mix uncooked pasta, sauce, and one full sauce jar of water. If going for the options, fry the meat up with the onions and peppers and sprinkle it and the mushrooms over the pasta. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Stir and check if the pasta is nearly done. If it isn't add a bit more water and bake a bit longer. If it is, top with cheese and bake uncovered for about 10 minutes. Enjoy with your cheap and quick garlic bread of choice.

Baked pasta where I don't have to precook the pasta? LOVE. I will be trying it with an added can (15oz) of tomatoes (stewed, diced, crushed, something) the next time I make it though, I think the pasta could use just a smidge more moisture and tomato-y goodness.
