Better if you have a camcorder, like my gadget-loving dad. We have his wonderful video of my little sister and I from 1993, when I was 5. My parents woke up one Saturday morning to find the two of us covered with the contents of an entire jar of baby cream. When my mom asked us (between bouts of hysterical laughter) what were we doing, teeny me pouted and told her that it's a "diet for stupidheads", while glaring at my sister. Really, judging by how cranky I looked and the fact that my sister was making her best innocent face, she probably started it (though I managed to get more cream on her since I was bigger).

Out of all my super embarrassing childhood videos, this one's my favorite.
