Same sex couples physically can’t have children, therefore, there is no point to the relationship.

Anti-gay ad in the Salt Lake Tribune is posted for discussino at KVNU’s For The People
http://kvnuforthepeople.com/2009/02/16/anti-gay-ad-in-the-salt-lake-tribune/

The comments are a general chorus disgust at the content and making fun of the horrible design. Until "Kaye" chimes in, starting with "I’m straight but I have plenty of gay friends" and ending by bringing Hitler into it. After that it's non-stop fun.

ETA: My mistake. This should be in [info]unfunnybusiness

ETA2: To clarify: Homophobia is not funny. People who invoke Godwin's should be mocked mercilessly.

Whoa. That ad makes me nostalgic for Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap. Not the stuff itself, but the bottles.

Also, *shrug* I found it funny, but then I firmly believe in laughing my ass off at ignorant pusbags. Nothing makes them feel more powerless than being laughed at.

I love their soap, but the bottle makes me crosseyed.

See now, I get off on the bottles, but the soap is WAY too strong-smelling for me. Don't want to smell like an mothball; that is not conducive.

If it were me, I'd sell them each with a little plastic magnifying glass on a string tied around the neck just under the cap. That way, people wouldn't have to strain their eyes to read the batshit crazy. ;)
