	People. Actually. Think. That they can see the end of a rainbow in front of them? A self-acclaimed 'science writer', no less? Don't they get that the impossibility of that is why the legend is that there's a pot of gold there? I'll shut up now before I start being wanky :P (Reply to this)(Thread)

	That picture isn't of a rainbow though. Well, it is, but not what you would usually call a rainbow - this one isn't made by the rain coming from above, but by the water from the street, which is why it also fades away in the upwards direction (does that phrasing make any sense?). 	It does make sense, but the rainbow still made up of water refracting the light. The fact that the circle is reversed doesn't make it any less a rainbow. =) Because really, what else are we supposed to call it? A streetbow? A mistbow? Spraybow? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
