POLSKAAAAAAAAAA
Er, anyway. It's funny, my dad's side of the family is Polish and the only Polish cake we ever really have is homemade babka at Easter. Which is great and all, but I've always wondered what other Polish breads and cakes are like. I need to look into nearby Polish bakeries now. I'm sure I'll find something though. I mean, Greenpoint, Brooklyn is just a short drive away if my county fails me. ;)
Still, hopefully we'll someday go to Poland for a vacation or something. My dad has some family there who would happily accommodate us and make us some kickass food, haha.
