I laughed until I breathed... then I laughed some more:
The social engineers created NaNoWriMo as a "book factory" to create a lot of fictional material that distracts us from the more relevant real issues. And these regional competitions are a way to make us see each-other as separate tribes rather than one humanity, aka "divide and conquer".
Next he'll be declaring that the donation meter is really funding a fleet of black helicopters? No wonder the servers keep crashing! I want my ten dollars back, you can keep your dang halo XD
