No Knead Bread.
I love me some homemade bread, but I am also lazy. Bread I don't have to knead is a good thing and also the only kind of bread I can bake.

Three cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp fast rising yeast.
salt to taste (generally about 1 to 2 tsp)

You can add anything you like for flavoring. I like to throw in a couple pinches of rosemary

Mix together in a ceramic or glass bowl, cover with saran wrap, and let rise for 12-24 hours.

Dump out onto floured parchment paper (actually I use a silicone cookie sheet). Tuck the ends under and let rise again for 1-2 hours.

Preheat oven for 1/2 hour at 475*F. If you use a ceramic or thick metal pot to back the bread be sure to preheat it as well. I use a silicone loaf thingie.

Dump the dough into your pot, and cover with a lid or tinfoil. Bake for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and let the loaf cool on a cooling rack (be sure to put any ceramic pots back in the oven to cool). Let stand for one hour before eating.
