So. Much. Stupid.
This guy is campaigning for his LEGITIMATE RIGHT to send text messages during class, over the protests of his "tyrannical" professors. There is tremendous wanking, scroll to any random point on the page and you will find some. Be warned, when you stare into the stupid, the stupid, entitled fuckwad stares into you.

I probably can't enforce that requirement in the library science department, but it sounds awesome. :D

Just make them create a bibliographic record for their ringtone. Or create a Children's program on being rude. Or a YA program on creating your own ringtone. (Hey... Gonna file that one away for later use.) Or make them lead a class discussion on various library policies on cell phones, or... actually I've run out ideas now. But be secure in the knowledge that most of your students, if they haven't developed a chronic aversion to inappropriate cell phone use already, will after overhearing their first TMI patron conversation while shelving.

Oooh, selecting the appropriate Dewey and LC classifications for the ringtone might work...
