And to say YAY for the post and bringing it to my attention, because I hadn't heard about it and it's something that's really relevant for one of my classes this semester, since it's an example of some of the things we're talking about with users not knowing how to search and ways to make the search results better without making the process too difficult for them and blahblahblah. So I posted some of the links and maybe I'll get a smiley face or gold star on my virtual report card. ;)
