Holy crap, what a bunch of elitist prickery. It reminds me of the time I bemoaned the fact that there are no Red Lobster in Vancouver and got my head ripped off for it. "OMG VANCOUVER HAS GREAT SEAFOOD RESTAURANTS!" Yes, and I go to many of them. Still doesn't satisfy my specific wish for Red Lobster. :(
They... do realize that just because a city has excellent local restaurants doesn't mean it can't have chain restaurants as well, and vice versa... right? And that people can like and enjoy both? I mean, I'm the type that has lunch at little locally owned places then washes it down with a McDonald's shake... am I doing it wrong?
