From the author page:

I shall be eternally grateful to my wonderful mother, JoAnne M. Mayer, for motivating me to enliven and unfold its treatment into a fully developed story when it was only twenty pages without a plot, nor characters nor any dialogue. Yet rather than negatively criticizing them, the nearest and dearest person to me instead graciously fostered my budding literary efforts by saying I had good ideas but that characters needed to say and do what those basic concepts were suggesting. She thereby launched my own pilgrimage of discovery when such notions were still grounded with no wings to make them soar.

Thanks, Mom!

What a great thing you've done for the world.

(Also: I have seldom seen such a profusion of font and color changes on a page. My eyes tried and gave up in horror.)
