Obsidian Portal! <3 <3 Not a single one of my players actually uses it, but I use it to organize *everything*, and keep track of all the NPCs, and update the adventure journal, and, and, and... Seriously, I *adore* it.

I agree about the HTML, though. It's hard to remember what they allow and don't allow, sometimes. And sometimes combining the HTML with their Textile formatting messes stuff up. Still, it's by far my favorite of this type of site by *far*.
