I once had a pleased customer send me a Hershey's bar after I finished a project for him. It was summer, he was in Arizona and I was in Texas. He FedExed it, surrounded with ice packs, and it still arrived a molten mess.

I did get a lot of use out of those reusable ice packs, though. :D
