Well, one could justify the exclusion of "tits," since it is the name of a group of birds (culminating in the ultimate unintentionally hilarious species name, the great tit). Still, that's a pretty slim technicality, and still doesn't explain why "boobs" is on the list (after all, think of the blue-footed booby, or the use of the word to mean "idiot").
