Does she honestly not get that people probably did not report her personally to LJ Abuse, but rather reported the fact that there was spam and no active maintainer, in order to protect other people from said spam? Abuse then likely checked whether that comm had a maintainer, or whether someone else should be instated in order to, well, maintain, because spam that no one deals with is one of the few cases where they actually might transfer maintainership. Combined with her threatening to report people to Abuse for spamming if they comment on her journal, that's some great display of logic.
