I kind of feel bad for choosing Caroline LeGuin's class based on who her mother is without reading anything by her (which I will soon rectify), but I figured A. I need the class, and B. I will probably kick myself forever if I don't. So.
My dad is a chemical engineer who has chemistry books from the 40's containing all sorts of interesting recipes for things. Including a number of mind-altering substances that are still legal because they never caught on.
