maybe not precisely atheist?
For Good Friday (this is not mine--a [non-Christian] friend came up with it when we were in college, and I was complaining that there's no good way to acknowledge Good Friday among fellow believers, since "happy" Good Friday is kind of...not):

"Happy Good Friday! I hope your god had a good death!"
