OMG! Teh gay is here! Women, beware!
Maybe I should start watching the LiveJournal community [info]christianity again (even though I could only tolerate briefly when I joined ages ago because of the idiots on both sides of the theological line) because it's a hothouse for wank right now.

I just wanted to point y'all's attention to this one post, a real gem by chirogrl, because she -- however unintentionally -- brings TEH FUNNEH!

"But...! If we let men marry other men, women will become obsolete! If they can have each other, why would they want us?"

She brings teh funneh all by herself, even without all the inevitable splurting in the comments. The "points" she sums up her arguments with for reasons not to support gay marriage had me choking on my precioussss coffee:

1. Heterosexual marriage will be weakened.
2. The birth rate will decline.
3. The status of women as mothers will further erode.
4. Young boys will be a much greater target of erotic attention of older males.

Snark on, my fellow JFers. Snark on.
