I glanced online earlier and found the wank. I can't argue the point that the book has issues when it comes to the non-existant Native American tribes. For what it's worth, I wanted to know what happened to them too.

However, Wrede doesn't seem to be wanking about it, or if she has, she's done so in a remarkably quiet manner*. Not, perhaps, as good as making her next book include an explanation of what happened to those tribes but certainly better than the author mentioned here and any number of other flailsnails who've busily wanked about how they weren't being read from the right perspective. So, yeah, I think she could do better in her writing - but as far as her internet behavior goes she's still good.

*Bujold, on the other hand....
