IDK, to me this was really wanky: I have concluded that our most loyal customers are those with roots in South Texas, people of Mexican decent, and those that are knowledgeable about food.
In other words, the annoyed customer must be a non-Latin non-South Texan who is completely ignorant about food because there is just NO WAY the restaurant was having an off day or the food wasn't up to spec. Just unpossible! The customer must be an idiot.
If I saw a reply like that about a restaurant around here, it would forever have AVOID LIKE PLAGUE stamped on it for me.
