You don't know a damn thing about me or why I got into medicine and you're making judgements about how good a doctor I'll be and whether or not I'm empathetic. Tone argument be damned; I don't have to take that bullshit from people I know in real life, and I certainly don't need to take it from people on the internet. You think I wouldn't help someone who was morbidly obese, or too poor to pay for my services, or was a gender/colour/creed society deems "undesireable"? You think I haven't helped such people already? You. Do. Not. Know. A. Damn. Thing. About. Me. You don't know why I do what I do, or even how I am with patients.
