So... someone I know was at Hooter's and maybe had a bit too much to drink and noticed that all the waitresses were wearing shiny pantyhose. "Do all women wear pantyhose with super short shorts or something?" he asks, not really thinking much about his question. The response: no, this is a Hooter's thing. "Oh," he says, as the light dawns for him, "it must be for hygiene, like a hairnet!"

All I could think about while reading the report was this guy's statement. Which made me laugh and laugh the first time through (and has become something of an in-joke amongst us).
