TRIGGER WARNING FOR RAPE AND GRANDMOTHER ANECDOTE
I can imagine exactly how I'd find out. My grandma likes to sit you down and tell you she has something important to tell you. It varies between:
"YOU HAVE TO VOTE NDP" and "USE THIS CLEANING SOLUTION. USE IT ALWAYS" but god knows it could be: "ALWAYS SHAVE JUST LIKE ME" and she *would* be talking in all caps. Like she was leading you towards righteousness.
I still remember the time I had a cooler and a beer and she did that, explaining that I was going to, without fail, get raped if I mixed drinks like that.
Me: "What? In my basement?"
her: "YES. ALWAYS."
me: "...are you planning something?"
her: "JUST LISTEN TO ME"
