What she failed to consider, in her revenge-seeking mode, is that I, and my staff, never type any words we fear will be regurgitated elsewhere. So, you can post my thoughts in 100-foot-tall letters on a billboard in Times Square for all I care. If we lose customers because of it, so be it. And then he deleted the post. OK! Seriously, what is wrong with this company/this guy (I think it's safe to say that this guy is the company)? I've never seen such spectacularly awful customer service.
