It's so strange that despite the fact that pink is supposed to be FOR! GIRLS! and you're weird if you don't like it, people *also* seem to get upset if you *do* like it. When I say my favorite color is pink and many things I own come in some shade of pink, I'm often treated like a child or told that no modern, self-respecting feminist could ever prefer pink, or treated to a barrage of "OMG I HATE PINK STOP FORCING PINK ON ME!!!" when I never even suggested other people should loooooooove it like I do. When your favorite color is such a loaded color you can never win, because if you buy something pink you're paying into shitty advertising like this whether you want to or not.
