I probably don't really want to know how GKC fandom is reacting to Coyote's actions in that storyline, though. I'm betting some of them aren't getting that point. (What'll be interesting is to see whether Annie recognizes the point.)

Tangentially: I couldn't read that pivotal page without a key line from, of all things, Gilligan's Island popping into my head: "No no no, I don't mean funny-funny, I mean funny-strange." It would have been so useful... or perhaps not, in the end. (Why do I have perfectly good brain cells devoted to extensive quotes from Gilligan's Island? It doesn't seem fair.)
