YES, bad metaphors, my favorite wank standard:
This is like a bunch of people in a room arguing about the room itself. I think some people are forgetting that B. DESIGNED the room, furnished the room, pays the rent on the room, and really, she lets whoever chooses to use the room. I think it's fair enough that 1. she gets to set the rules around the use of the room, and 2. she has a right to complain when someone steals parts of her design. I'm sure most of us would feel the same.
But has she got a patent on rooms?!
