LOL, my aunt has a teashop, when I told her about it she was just like "a bakery that doesn't fire up its kitchen until after sunrise? Bullshit."
I've known people act worse, but not when they're trying to be professional - then again, these two didn't believe they were doing anything wrong, so I guess there's that.
She's definitely delusional about her food; I think I'd have flipped if I'd gotten pizza like that from the local only-visit-when-drunk take-away. Miranda's smack-down was awesome - and proof that Samy's full of shit when he says that he's the only one who can possibly work the POA, since he can't be trusted to work the POA.
LOL, when she started on about the haters Ramsay just seemed to go from "this place is lovely, IDGI," to "oh, shit, I THINK I SMELL CRAZY."
