The usual homophic wank
"I think that gay marriage should be banned. I mean it's not natural bla bla bla" plus some goodies they shouldnt be allowed to have children because the children will be mocked at school...

My response:
Homosexual activity is often found in certain penguin behaviors, girraffe, even rats, esp when the population gets too high. No reason to think it's not natural because animals dont do that.


In fact I found male's general unattractiveness to be more unnatural, because in almost all animals I know, the males look better. BTW, i am a female, and the reason I am exasperated over this fact is because there are so little attractive men around here.... *must ban the unnatural ugly male from marriying. It's not natural, for animal's sake!*

Naturally. After all if their parents weren't gay then those kids would be the most popular kids in school, and everyone would love them.

It's not like kids don't tease each other for just about anything and everthing under the sun.

I've always thought that was a pretty stupid reason. Kids are gonna get teased no matter what they do.

There are always reasons to rationalize away the bigotry and prejudice...the wonderful "think of the children" being number one on the list. Never mind all the pedophilia associated with members of the clergy, because, hey! They were thinking of the children!

Actually, a friend of mind did research and discovered that the incidence of pedophilia among clergymen isn't statistically higher than other child-related professions (doctors, teachers, etc.). It's just we assume people 'devoted to their faith' should be better than that.

Just an interesting factoid.
