Oh honey, you did NOT just say 'Starsky & Hutch legacy.'
Soul actually lobbied Warner Bros. to hire him and Glaser to star in the movie (!!!) by sending an e-mail to a popular Starsky & Hutch Web site.

"They (the studio) believe that by casting two young box-office types and pandering to a kind of '70s nostalgia, they will make money," Soul wrote. "How much more clever it would be if Warners were to produce a film that capitalized on the real friendship between Paul and myself as well as the huge following that still exists internationally and (make) a film that brought closure to the
Starsky & Hutch legacy?"

The Palm Beach Post talks to Paul Michael Glaser and David Soul about the Starsky and Hutch movie.
