Get Fuzzy is getting political.

I predict a wankstorm by tomorrow. It's already started, but it looks to be only getting wound up for a big one...

[edit the first]Look, someone agrees with me.

[edit the second]I went and browsed my friends page. Then I went and looked again. Comments have jumped from 11 to 52. Wank on, guys.

[edit the third]Got up this morning to find 380 comments. Guy from edit the first was absolutely right. C'mon, let's keep this ball rolling...

Yes, I haven't jumped in and sampled it. The reason for this is that this would have to go to i_wank shortly after I did.

I really love that this is going to keep happening. Wank usually doesn't happen right on my friends page.

Get Fuzzy hardly ever gets more than 150 replies in an average day, and I couldn't believe that in over a period of two hours, there's close to 250 and still rising.

Flashfire seems to be the key instigator during all of this. He's the one to watch out for.

The funny thing is, if you ask the vast majority of Iraqis, I think you'll find them quite grateful for kicking the bastard out. However, that sort of stuff makes for lousy headlines, especially when your guy isn't in power.

Key word? I think.

You'll also find that the small minority of people that are mad at us are those who had it good under the dictator, since they were his buddies.

Best response EVAR: Like Muqtada al-Sadr? The guy whose dad was executed by Saddam in 1980? Yeah, best buddies...

But, you know, he never really LIKED his father...

Um, not so much politiwank as laughing at a silly argument. Which I thought was the whole point.

Key word: I thought.

Argh! The wank! It's sucking me in! I stayed out of that whole Crystal Gamgee thing, but right now I want to get in there and start flaming.

Despite what Clinton may have led them to believe, Mourner-In-Chief is not one of the presidential roles. While it looks great on the cameras, there is the small matter of running the country.

Very small, to judge by how much of his time in office our fearless leader has actually put into it since he got elected. Must... resist... the... wank...

I know, but at least I managed to stay away from flaming.

Most of the debate (about 60% afaict) is between [info]pdx42 and [info]puremisery.

Though [info]puremisery is most definitely leading the pack in the "Okay, prove your stance-- oh, you did? Well it doesn't matter, I'm RIGHT and you all R JUST AGAINST BUSH!!!1eleventy" category...

No, just ruefully agreeing.
