	LOL! Nope! They used to be called Nova, but after some drama (one of the admins had basically made a mess of the board) the Nova people moved away, went to Seth's server, and renamed themselves Avon - Nova reversed. (Reply to this)(Parent)

Half the drama was when someone actually set up the initiative to set up another board - Jetrockit, http://jetrockit.net

Seth considerd that betrayal of some sort and closed Avon down coz of that.

If you look at the News and Announcements forum of that board, check out the "Seth Closed Avon" thread, and you'll find MORE drama - including a chat transcript done moments before shutdown.

	Oh, that refers to something else. Before they were Avon, they were called Nova, and one time ownership of the board was sold to someone named Jack. Jack then turned the board upside down, ignored the wishes of the users, and when everyone retreated to Avon, he threatened legal action, and spammed the admins about a gazillion times.
