Your icon offends me!
My first post, be gentle with me ^_^

Found this at the Dilbert Feed on LJ. Poor Dilbert, he is the home of much wank.

lorelesabrhagen posts a comment about Monday's Dilbert comic and happens to have an icon of two men kissing. rpgod2 responds by saying "Your icon offends me. No one wants to see that disgusting act. Leave homosexuality to the only place its welcome -- Hell." People respond and call him ignorant.

BTW, all of rpgod2's icons are guns

ETA: Why yes, rpgod2 did compare it to 9/11: "On the note of being opposed to something: If my icon showed the World Trade Center in smoke after a plane hit it, and someone was offended by it, would you be calling them a fool right now if they stated that they were offended? Of course not."

Why the hell does anyone even bother the post to the Dilbert feed?

I was wondering the same thing

and in some of them it's like a contest to be the first to comment. makes me wonder if I missed something.

I've noticed in the "Get Fuzzy" feed that there is occasionally discussion of story lines and so on, so I suppose for some people commenting in the feed is like posting to a board or something. But for the most part it's people saying "that was really funny."

Hello people? It's not like the artist is going to see the praise.

Don't forget the wank, in the -same- place, about the poop jokes.

Dilbert made a poop joke! WAAAAAH

This is my personal favorite. The whole conversation should have come to a screeching halt after she put him in his place.

This guy is living proof of the quote, "It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt."

Haha. That was me!

Just so you know, I did that to intentionally start a flame war.

Hello.

This thread died two months ago.

Please refrain from trying to resurrect it. Our "zombie thread" insurance has lapsed, as we have spent the money on Doritos instead.

Thank you.

Hey, if you saw your name on a completely random journal basically flaming you, you'd feel like throwing in a couple words.

You would.

Because, you know, the terrorist slaughter of thousands of innocent people, and two guys kissing? Exact same thing.

Well, yeah, but according to Ashcroft, so are calico cats. So, we're in good feline-y company.

John Ashcroft is, apparently, convinced that calico cats are a sign of Satan.

No, no I'm not kidding. Then again, I just got home from protesting against the ass, so I'm not unbiased.

What a jackass. Just when I thought I couldn't respect the govenment any less, I hear something like this.

Kudos to you for protesting him, though.
