I don't know where to begin. This was beautiful, simply gorgeous, and it had me laughing and smiling and crying. The language is gorgeous, as is the feel of it. The way you've used words to paint this particular picture is just amazing. The scene with the house elf had me in tears, and the realization that she and Harry had somehow connected from so far away -- I got chills.

I don't think I would have thought it possible to find something so gripping and romantic and emotional, yet distinctly not fluffy or schmoopy in any way. And the sex was gorgeous and dreamlike and yet real -- wow.

Thank you so, so much for this. It's quite possibly the best H/G fic I've ever ever read!!
