I was glad that they got around to addressing the tretonin thing ... and that they gave Chris Judge another chance to actually act instead of just stand around and say "indeed"

I liked the fact that you could see Ryac grow up as the ep progressed, and the interaction between Teal'c and Bratac ...

That's true. I thought the ep was great in that respect, I think Teal'c is a very interesting character, and Chris is a wonderful actor. I love shows that highlight him.

Now, we need one to showcase Jack!

The more I read in the spoilers, the less I see of him as the season goes on...
