| That was exactly the sort of ending Snapefen wanted, and the fact that they did not get it is precisely the reason that they continue to whine about how horrible JKR is and how horrible DH was. They were all so convinced that Snape was going to be the real hero - and they continue to throw their tantrum because they were wrong. | ||||||

| I thought he might figure more prominently in the final outcome, but hey, it was Harry's quest and Harry's deed that was always the way it was really gonna go. I think younger readers would have been bitterly disappointed if anyone had really stolen Harry's thunder, and myself, I think their happiness as readers firmly outweighs that of deranged Snapefans. | ||||||
