OMG just read more. Are they freaking kidding? I can't hate, because I know a lot of those girls and know they're passionate about their Who. I hope something good comes out of it for them.

I hope they make Jacob recap three more seasons! I mean "let", I hope they let him.

It's great to see people making an effort and being uncynicla, but they'd be better off trying to get him to write on his own site than get TWop to change anything.

That comm is hilarious, though I'm totally going to watch it. The changes at twop are just getting more and more bizarre. Though I can't say much really, I haven't been there in weeks.

The best part is that Jacob is actually watching that comm, heh.

I think we won't know the full extent of the changes until the New Season starts. They've buggered up the code slightly and reset all their links so the self-referencing on old recaps doesn't work any more :D

I don't like his recaps, but I do like having the Doctor Who recaps on the front of the website, if only to get people into the fandom (it's happened), and also because it puts Doctor Who forums in the drop-down menu. For me it's a matter of convenience more than an overwhelming need for pretentious recaps that take longer to get through than the source material itself. (But I'm lazy and also not trying to bring Jacob back.)
