Seems they got tired of the Last Days freedom and decided to close the board a little early:

BWAH! That would have ruled. I take no small pleasure knowing that for one brief day, my cat was the most famous cat on the Internet. Well, at the most famous one on a fairly small corner of the Net, but still.

As much fun as I had on Thurs, a day which will forever be known as The Funnest Day Ever on the Internet, I probably would have lost my job if it had continued. Had the Siege of Fametracker run through Friday, oh my, ~~Joss Whedon~~ God only knows what would have happened. All that lost hilarity . . .

	Personally, I took pleasure in my "God" and "Mr. Darcy" (or Pride and Prejudice" fame) thread, though the Darcy thread quickly sunk. But seriously, I honestly thought they closed down early because the bandwith went pretty damn fast due to our antics. However, those last few hours on FT were the best fun I've had in years.
