As a Chilean all I can do is wonder if she happens to live in a bubble. Yes, we only recently adopted the term "bullying", but that it started to happen only recently? HAH. And we don't bully minorities? Really? I'm sure Peruvian and Bolivian immigrants would strongly disagree.
