FYI -- if you're not a MetaFilter member, I should probably explain that the "MOAS" people (including Adam) are talking about stands for "Metafilter's Own Adam Savage," which is sort of an unofficial community nickname for him.
(As for the riffs on "moas" people are doing, talking about Easter Island and such, that's just...general silliness.)
