I'm getting quite sick of the whole Mary Sue label myself, especially when people use it to whine about female characters they don't like.

Fixed that for you. ;P
Because seriously, it seems like anytime a female character is disliked, she gets called a Mary Sue. Non-combabtant, but still liked by people? Mary Sue! Can kick major ass? Mary Sue! Has a relationship with the male lead/popular male in fandom? Well, you see where I'm going with this.
